Have you had your X plan membership for 90 days? I got my Mustang of American Membership the day I ordered. Next week will be 90 days for me. Just wondering if they are a stickler for the 'must be a member for 90 days' rule.
I have not. I joined EAA which is more for me considering that I’m an aviation nut. I was able to generate my X plan pin immediately after joining.

If I can’t use it then it’s no big deal but I’ll be bringing my boxing gloves and magnifying glass with me to the dealer. It’s a small volume dealer in East Texas that’s well reviewed, I really can’t imagine them not honoring their word. I usually trust dealerships about as much as a Taco Bell fart but after nearly 20 new vehicle purchases, buying from them last year was the easiest and most straightforward. I try to keep the “if it’s too good then it usually is” mindset but so far, they haven’t done me wrong and I’m hoping it stays that way.

Edit: Just read the fine print. Darn that 90 days.

Very interested in this too. Feb 18th will be 90 days for me. Seems like incentives for Tremors are next to impossible to come by so I think I'll just roll the dice and get them to try my x-plan pin.

Mine had close to 30 miles on it. With Spray In Bedliner from Ford, I figured they had to drive it somewhere. So the warranty begins at 000030 miles. No big deal. Runs to 060030 miles/time.

please let us know on 0/72 what happened. I have 2 trucks on order just because of that.
my experience: 0/72 was dead for me...I was informed it went to 0/36 or .9 for 48 on Jan 4th....I took the 0/36...

I'm not understanding why dealers nationwide are promising you whatever rate is available at the time of ordering and Ford is denying this at signing. Seems like it would be a snake oil move by the dealer if it was an intermittent issue but it's seeming like this is something at the corporate level.

When it comes to ordered vehicles, it is more or less a "bait & switch" situation. Way back on 09/01/21, when I was persuaded to order a new truck because the dealer said I would get 0%/72 mths, if I ORDERED a truck within the next 2 weeks. If I knew then what I know now, I would have gotten a signed statement guaranteeing the terms I signed up for. If the dealer had balked, I'd have walked.

I wonder if the dealership was just using this ruse as a back door way to get another truck on their lot.

How do you track, or find out if Norfolk Southern has your vehicle?
got the info from dealer visuality report. You need railcar number to track, can not track with VIN
I will post the tracking procedure

ford website clearly indicates you can get the either promotion you choose, I am confident your dealer is to blame.

I’m confused on the 0% for 72 months as well. That too is why I ordered mine. Ordered it October 1st and I have multiple papers with the “program code” for them to put in for me. This was something I recently came across, so I figured I’d share this picture. If for some reason I can’t qualify for the 0% for 72 months, I will be making a big deal about it

My dealer did check for me couple months ago with my VIN and stated, 0/72 sticks with my VIN.

Here is Norfolk Southern tracking info, for those who may have NS as a convoy rail co

1-800-635-5768

Option 2 for intermodal then option 2 for tracing.

You will need railcar number from your dealer. Use keypad to enter alpha character and use # for quick entering of alpha and numeric character separately.
