Just got a call from Granger that my truck has arrived! Will pick it up this Saturday. ETA end date was 1/16 so right on the money.

That’s great so truck carrier shows up at RR yard within a couple days of your eta date?

Yes and no. My ETA was originally 1/19 (or maybe it was 1/17) - Just never changed it to the updated one. The end of last year it changed to 1/3-1/8. It was delivered on 1/3 to the yard - I thought - awesome - at the dealer by Friday! Nope - They can't get drivers to deliver the trucks from the rail yards to the dealers. So ETA, I'm sure, is a really wide moving target depending on geography.

If only we had people who wanted to work, or at least weren't laying around with the idea they should get paid for nothing.

Checked with my dealer and asked him if he could get me a picture of the VVR. I didn’t get a picture but was told that it’s currently on the rails and still on track to be delivered by 2/2.

The window sticker shows Convoy at the bottom of the sticker. Does this mean my truck will be shipped via truck from Dearborn to Virginia?

I’m beyond mad right now. Got a call from the dealership 5 minutes ago and they guy tells me… “we’re so sorry but there seems to have been a mistake on our end. You’re truck actually hasn’t been delivered yet.” They told me this morning it was undergoing final inspections. ??‍

That's probably code for showing others, and selling for an ADM.

Had this happen to us back in 1986. Special order, but it took twice as long to come-in, since they had to order it again.

Contact Ford Marketing today and see what they show for your VIN. 800-334-4375.
Can you see anything on your dealer's website (for your VIN)?
I hope it's a mistake and they spaced on the truck VIN being close to yours and not something else (as @Big&BadGTA suggested). The ETA date was last 2/4 as I had it and delivery was 1/15 which is a pretty wide difference to beat it by.

Mine is showing the same thing now - had been Dearborn and Pending all this time.

Okay - correct that - it now shows as delivered (yesterday, 1/17). I checked this last night and it was Pending on that delivery.

Now it's time to either Ship or get off the pot...

Question about the date at the bottom of the sticker. From the first time I was able to see the sticker thru yesterday the date at the bottom has read 01/10/22. Today, I noticed that date had changed to 01/18/22.

For those who know the window sticker inside and out, what does that mean. Could it mean the truck is finally being shipped?

mine did the same today updating to 1/18/22 after being 1/10/22 for 10 days or so. My ford email ship date was 1/8/22 it’s eta in that email of 1/18 to 1/24.

I’ll optimistically think it means movement. ROFL
