“Bubble” on instrument cluster?

Does anyone know what this “bubble” on the instrument cluster represents?
I circled the “bubble” on the attached photo. It’s located just above and to the right of the “0” on the speedometer

I notice it from time to time after I start the truck up but it goes away after a short time. I couldn’t find anything in the owners manual and don’t want to disregard it if it’s an issue.

It seems to disappear around 30 seconds after startup, whether in park or in drive. In the past it seemed to happen every once in a while but I honestly wasn’t paying attention to it upon every start up (I have a 5yr old and 3 yr old, LOL) so I’ll pay attention to it now.

If you mean the little speed limit marker that pops up on the dash when it finds a road sign? If so, I don’t know if that affects it because I live a few miles from any road speed sign so I’ll see if that happens.
When I’m driving it doesn’t seem to affect it staying or disappearing.
