I think you misread what the post was saying. He’s saying plug and play is the ML3Z parts people wanted the lowerpocket lights back. The FL3Z numbers are the color change

lol I think I’ve done it about that many times. First time I’d plan for 1.5-2 hours to be safe!

They, like sooo many other people, get paid by the hour, not the job. Are you getting the media bin light too? That would add an extra hour just to run that single light and cut out the hole. It wouldn't take that long but that's how they charge.

Yes, media bin, too as well as the custom harnesses.

I have 4 hours of comp time at the dealer and figure to use them for this work.

If you don't have the means, the place, or feel comfortable doing it that sounds good. It's really not that bad of a mod, just have to take your time when pulling paneling apart.

UPS is showing the box as 21 pounds? Are they sending the whole harness, or did they probably send the wrong parts?
