I don’t think so. I had wheel well liners. I ordered June 8th. Built and shipped August 2nd.
(Edit - Mine was a KC build)

They didn't for me. 4 months from order to delivery, including wheel well liners and spray-in bedliner

My truck was apparently "produced" yesterday or today 8/9 or 8/10, I now show a completion date of 9/7/21 which wasn't available until today. I ordered the spray-in liner, wheel well liners, hard folding bed cover of which the truck goes out after being built for those to be installed. With any luck I should see my truck by October 1st.

So if the wheel well liners cause a delay its just a few weeks to get them installed if my situation is anything to go by.
