What changes did you make in Forscan to make all this happen. I've been looking within this thread, having read it before, but have been unable to locate. Thanks!
I want to thank everyone here for providing necessary information to complete this project. Yesterday I changed out the wire harness, I had only 2 wires where more were needed, on my 21 XLT, 3.5 EB. 302A, with max tow, 360, co-pilot assist. Next will be purchasing the camera, TPMS for...
Yes. The only reason I utilized the Unreal theme was because I wanted the climate bar. Otherwise, I still was able to have CarPlay at full screen (once I received the OTA update from Ford a week or so ago). On the CarPlay screen, in the upper left corner, has 2 arrows. I clicked on that, and...
For me the answer is, yes. I just did the unreal screen a few days ago so I could have the "climate bar" at the bottom (which I truly enjoy, thanks for those to discovered this!!).
It was in the $2000 range. Another, less expensive, method which you may be able to do is through Boost Auto Parts (boostautoparts.com). Their website has "How to" videos and you can customize your mirrors. Had I gone that route, with my type of mirrors the cost would have been around $1200-1300.
Considered that. Other F150 group forums mentioned changing them. The cost was not bad to just exchange. Decided to just include them during the process instead of finding out later.
Additional information about my transition from manual fold tow to power fold/power extend.
I have a 2021 custom ordered F150 XLT, 302 high, max trailer tow, co-pilot360, manual tow mirrors, 360 camera, Blind spot and some other minor items.
The process I chose was to have it completed like it...

It's still a work in progress. I know I don't have all the proper wires necessary therefore the new wire harnesses are on order. All is in other than the passenger side. Once that arrives I, believe, I'll have everything necessary to make the transition.
Just FYI. I went to CarFax.com and put in 2021 F150 Lariat for sale and there were several choices. I scrolled through until I found one with tow mirrors in the picture. Clicked on it and if you scroll down, you're able to view the window sticker. I found one built at Dearborn, where mine...
