Question for raptor owners

Under where the shifter goes when you push the button to hide the shifter there's a compartment that has a cover on it. Does anyone know what's under that cover. I'm guessing the shift lock to put the truck into neural.

Just covers a bolt. The park release is under the steering wheel behind the knee dash pad

Key fob holder is under the insert in one of the cupholders.
Tried to get the lid opened in the area by the shifter a couple weeks ago as I had a dead battery and needed to move my truck to get my wife's car out to jump start mine. Assumed there was a neutral lock in that area but it was a real PITA to get opened.
