i’m right now at about 25K , rotors are warped and pads need to be replaced.
A brake job seems premature with those miles, but it depends on your usage, driving style, towing, etc. I have the same mileage on my truck and am nowhere near needing brakes (inspected two days ago during a tire rotation). A friend of mine with a 125k mile 2016 3.5EB truck and hes on his second set of brakes. The first set lasted around 80k with his driving habits.

"Warped" is sometimes a misused term when you have brake pulsation. A lot of times there is pad deposits on the rotor that can cause the pulsation. This often happens to a vehicle thats been sitting, which yours seems to do with such low mileage on a '21. I have taken care of this by essentially conducting a modified pad bedding procedure (a handful of quick stops).

Rockauto.com has motorcraft branded rotors/pads, or try tascaparts.com or the like for PN's.

Not the poster you are asking, but I ordered a set of Powerstop Z36 Truck & Tow Brake Kit that I do not need. Since I'm in Canada, rather than returning I could offer them to you if you're interested.

350 mm front 336 mm rear rotor size, which is the size for all trims without Max Tow Package.

I agree, I am at 78k miles on my 21' and I am nowhere close to needing a bake change yet.

While needing brakes at 25K is unusual, it is possible that his rotors have indeed warped. Driving style, terrain, towing can all conspire to brake damage. If I had to replace my rotors at only 25K, I certainly would replace the pads no matter how good they looked. My wife's Volvo XC60 had front rotors and pads replaced by Volvo at 40K. Before the car hit 50K, the ft rotors had warped and Volvo replaced the ft pads and ft rotors again. Bad batch because those rotors are still on at 93K. Things happen.

I have a 2019 Limited and got the Z36 package F/R off Amazon! All for $492.00
My rear rotors are warped at 35K--so decided to just get the PS, since its much cheaper than OEM and better they say from what I have read

Rear brakes squeaking?

That was so common for 21 trucks Ford has a warranty claim process for it in the 36 month period.

wtf only 25k miles?? nah something doesn’t sound right lol
Bought the truck used and dealership turned the rotors because it would vibrate like crazy . Don’t have the driving history from previous owner or how he used or drove the truck.
It is better now but issue still persist, so i’m at that point where a brake job is in my future.
And no it is not a wheel issue, i put new Tremor wheels and nothing changed.

Motorcraft BRRF479 is the front rotors, should be around $120 ea online
If you're not wanting fancy, I'd consider the RAYBESTOS 682746 front rotors with a better coating and ~$70ea. Be sure to wire brush around the hub before putting on new rotors making sure the mating surfaces don't have debris. Find whatever pad you think will suit your needs.

In my own experience the aftermarket pads and rotors are far better made than the OEM parts. The manufacturer will put the cheapest parts that they can on their vehicles. I had a Chevy Tahoe and at 28K miles the rotors were warped and needed to be replaced. I bought race grade rotors and pads and the brakes were in great shape when I sold the truck with more than 170,000 miles on the odometer.
