New Lariat - moonroof and shade not working

I just picked up a new Lariat 502a yesterday and I’m having issues with the moonroof. Neither the shade or the roof buttons do anything.

Am I missing something simple or is it doa?

Update: the fuse wasn’t seated in the fuse panel. What a frustrating issue on a new vehicle.

I wonder if I can bill the dealer .5 for my time haha

Glad it was that simple for you, but they definitely should have caught that in pre-delivery inspection.

Always the most frustrated with these types of issues... theres a PDI fee baked into these which clearly represents nothing when a major feature is overlooked a quick test
