New iPhone 15 Pro won’t work with CarPlay

I'm having an issue where the carplay music is coming over as a phone call, sounds terrible and when I adjust the volume, the dial is labeled for call audio. If I force Bluetooth only it works fine and my second iPhone that I use for work, works perfectly in carplay. Annoying AF lol

Anyone else having issues with the new iPhone not working with sync for CarPlay? Got this last night and I got FordPass synced back up out of the box and had to reconfigure the sync connection for music and phone but CarPlay does not work. I have found several others complaining of this on the new iPhone but no real solutions as of yet. Anyone have any ideas? That really sucks if the new iPhone just isn’t going to work with sync 4 anymore.
