Intersting. Hard to tell, but is it an audio sound, like through the speakers, or is it something mechanical and coming from the outside?

My dad‘s 2008 F350 does that as well it’s only at certain speeds and it was determined to be from the wind but nothing could be done apparently.

This might be caused by air passing over the outside mirror or something else like wiper blades etc. As a desperate measure try putting blue painters tape over the seams on the mirror. Just tape everything up and hope for the best. This wouldn't be a permanent fix but at least you'd know the origin of the noise and could deal with it accordingly. Just a thought.
