Is there any good way other than replacing SYNC to Android screen?

My one is 18 Ford F-150 XL. I don't know what else can help me other than replacing SYNC.
My situation is this:
I need to use an App and Google Map at same time. Unfortunately, CarPlay doesn't support this app yet. I also do not want to use my phone be the navigate screen, because I need a bigger one. Because I see some android displays can be split screen so that would support my idea.
is there any other way? Thx

I've seen ads for the latest dongle that comes with a standalone Android OS, which means you can download Apps from Google Store. When you connect to your head-unit, your screen is able to achieve the function of split screen.
