Hey @Jesse-Infotainment sir, I was talking with John F. earlier today and he said you might have an idea to help me out.
I got a digital knob HVAC module from eBay a while back. I assumed it was used but it didn’t have any screw marks in it, it was in mint condition, and certainly didn’t have all the address blocks programmed in Foscan.
When I tried to write my 2022 OEM settings to it, Forscan says NOPE. I get the service interrupted error.
I tried writing one block at a time, or all… doesn’t matter. I have the latest official release of Forscan. I have a OBDLink Ex adapter. I don’t save a profile and scan all the modules every time I connect.
Any ideas? Or is it ask Forscan Support for help and a test version time?
The module did sorta work when I first put it in. Knobs and fan control worked, but no heated/cooled seats or steering wheel. I didn’t try everything on it.
Swapped my OEM one back in and it works fine.
Thank you.
(Pic shows my old version of Forscan here, but I did update it and tried again after this pic)
