How does price protection work? with PCO, Custom Order Rebate and Grad Offer

I just got $2500 Private Cash Offer

I also have $500 college grad cash offer towards lease

$1,000 (PGM #38150) custom order

Are these three stackable ?

Its such an unreal deal $4k rebates - I asked dealer. dealer said you'd have to forgo price protected MSRP and % under invoice offered. Take the New MSRP and whatever the new % under invoice comes out too

I was told the $500 military wasn’t stackable with the other two. But the 1k order and 2500 PCO are stackable together

the dealer got back to me. My PCO was generated in a different state from the where I ordered the car from.

So either covp 1k and college rebate and price prtection

or

pco and register in the new state. no price protection and neither no covp $1k
