Half of speakers not working upon startup B&O unleashed, other issues 2022 F-150

My speakers are not working either. I have a 22 f150 king ranch. I've tested the balance and can hear them but nothing coming out of the headrests. It sounds like it's only coming from the center speaker on the dash. Everything is up to date. I have the B&O 18 Speakers. I've tried switching sources and nothing changes.
