Looking to do a front end level / lift using spacers on my 2021 F150 2.7 2wd. Not sure on how much the 2.7 2wd will effect the lift so I wanted to see what others have done. Looking at 2.5" spacers now but don't want to go over that. If you have some insight or recommendations it would be greatly apricated.

2 1/2" is way too much for a 2.7/2wd. I used the 1 1/2" Autospring spacers on my 2019 and those were perfect. I have 1 1/2" Maxtrac shackles on the 22 now and it's not perfectly level, but fairly close and much easier to get into and out of the bed. You can also go the route of finding a set of new takeoff 4wd struts, but pay attention to the spring codes to match as closely as possible.

The 2.5" Motofab strut spacers on the FX4 PB with Max Tow comes out with a very mild rake to the front. About .5 -.75" lower in the front. Might go with a 2" kit.

I know it's not the quite same but this is how the 2.5" looks on the PB.

Your truck looks great! Did you measure before and after?
Right now my truck is 36” up front and 39” out back measuring from ground to wheel well lip. That’s why I wanted to do 2.5”.

Thanks! I didn't take measurements prior to the level, but I can take some of how it sits later today.

with those fender measurements, go with the 2.5" IMO. If i were to do it over again, i would just go ahead and get the maxtrac spindle lift to save the front end wear and sit equal or slightly above a 4wd.

2.5" is about the sweet spot for a 2wd.

My suggestion to every truck owner is take your personal truck and set it on level ground, measure the height front and rear and check the difference. Then order the spacer kit that best suits your needs. There are so many different stances from the factory these days plus personal opinion, that there is no 1 answer that suits everyone and is best to figure out what height will work best for you.

I went with the Auto Spring 2.5" and it lifted closer to 3" which in my case turned out fine. Love the new look and after the alignment rides just like stock.
Here is before
