Just putting down a rough timeline for everyone to see what's happening
First case CAS-32697335-M9B1Y3
June 1st - go to Virginia for family project
June 26th - buy Ford ST
June 27th - drive home to Florida due to father having 2 strokes.
July 30 - Mom retires LTC & Civil service
Aug 3th - return to VA to continue project
Aug 5th - Father falls and breaks hip due to strokes
Aug 5th - 2021 ford St trans poops the bed leaving me stranded in Va.
Aug 6th - return to Florida in Ford Loaner after having to create a case with Ford to get any help
Aug 7th - surgery
Aug 16th - I return to get Ford St (24 hour round trip I had to do) it now has a new Trans, torque converter, trans cooler
Drop off loaner
Aug 25th - 9 whole days later
Having lost confidence in the 2021 Ford ST we decided to take a Loss....
a HUGE loss like 14k if I remember, Sam? To trade down into a 2021 F150 (my second purchase from yall) and place an order for a 2022 Escape (3rd).
Aug 26th/27th - I had to get the wheels on there for them to be covered by the warranty so that was 4k dropped.. and while there I was able to get it tinted 250. Immediately following that I go to the dealer and get it aligned and inspected for warranty and safety. After that I head home and it gets it's very first fillup on the way.
Aug 29th - the truck starts making the worst possible sound I mean you can see in the video.
Aug 30 - I'm back in the dealership dropping off the truck do to the screeching thinking something simple like a pully...
Sept 2 - I find out it's the trans and then the trans tech is unavailable... .... for a week or more to a very tragic event and honestly ....I can't ......a second 2021 with a trans issue... I just want a truck that isn't going to break before the very first payment..
Lol I mean I was told this is rare... but honestly for me.... it's not it's a repeat and if I take another financial loss because of Fords products. .... I mean really I can't express my frustration and disappointment.
Lucky for me I have Dave and Sam on the job. Working to find me something close to it so we can swap out the vin's on the Ford Financing

? supposedly they can let me pick any truck and swap the vin on the Ford Financing paperwork.. has to be more or exactly the same and if more I have to cover the difference on the spot. So I'm correcting and getting the xlt mid package 4x4 this time in blue ? if it goes according to plan... we will see
