Drivers door module/Passenger Door module

I bought a set of takeoff power fold mirrors. Drivers side doesn't seem like it had enough juice in the motor to fold it. I checked the mirror in/out wires from the DDM and PDM for voltage. Passenger is getting 4.1 and drivers is getting 3.6. Is that enough to not spin the motor? Not sure what voltage the modules put out. I couldn't verify the drops because I didn't have enough hands for my quick check. Just seems odd half volt difference

I've never looked into it, but my power fold tow mirrors, the drivers side has issues every once in a while. Sometimes it will get hung up about 1/2 way out, and I just cycle the switch and it will push it the rest of the way. Majority of the time it works as it should...just another item I need to have the dealer address...but I'm sure it won't happen when they have it
