I have a factory drop-in bedliner...which fills with water every time it rains. Unless the truck is parked facing uphill, it doesn't drain.
Any reason I shouldn't drill a drain hole in each front corner (through bedliner and through bed)?. Of course, would have to check underneath to make sure I'm not drilling through a wiring harness, fuel line, etc.

The bed will drain through gaps between the bed and the cab, just need holes in the liner if you want them.

Yep, just pull the liner out and drill a few half inch holes in the front of it. Then reinstall. I suggest pulling it out so that you don't end up drilling into the actual bed of the truck.
