Does anyone know the part # for this on the door I accidentally stripped the screw when replacing my speakers on my front passenger door is it possible too replace this piece?

Google "u nuts" (clip on nuts) / visit your local auto parts store for a likely practical repair solution. Lotsa different shapes / sizes available.

Yes, it's doubtless replaceable but you're likely going to have to have a dealer look it up.

The readily available online parts diagrams are very limited / very difficult to search for this type of item on Gen 14 trucks. Finding it online is likely a hit-or-miss proposition.

The part itself should have a part number. If not, take that picture to the parts dept at your ford dealer along with your vin, and they can find it. Also, you could wrap some thread tape over the screw threads to make it thicker. That should allow it to bite the fastener better
