I pick my truck up tomorrow and finance department says they dont think I can use the PCO because I had already ordered before I got it. But technically I placed the order before 4/4/22..... Should I fight for this or am I just SOL?

I doubt it. It has to be active at the time of order or delivery. I’d call ford marketing and see what date it was issued to see if it was active at the time of your order.

Back in early '21, when these trucks started rolling in to dealers, PCO's were a hot topic. To my recollection, there were a ton of members here who had ordered their trucks without the PCO and were desperately hoping that a PCO would surface before they took delivery.

In your case, unfortunately, you may be SOL. When you received the PCO, did you alert your dealer immediately, so they could try to tack it on before the deadline? Have them look in Vincent and see if you have any current PCO's they can apply. April was a long time ago.

Thanks guys, I figured as much. Already getting it at 3% under invoice so I can't complain I guess.

I bet the hang up will be in the fine print. "Prior purchases not eligible". If you argue that it was an order and not a purchase, then they will hit you with the "you did not purchase before 4/4".

If it was just a dealer issue you might be able to argue but since it is a PCO and completely Ford related, I bet Ford would deny it. I hope I am wrong but I do think it is a long shot. With that said a long shot is still better than no shot. Good luck with it.

It should be easy for them to reach out to their Ford rep to get an answer.

I had one of these as well. Same date expiration. What the fine print doesn’t say is that if you order between some previous date and April 4, then this will apply. It would have had to be active at the time of order.

i would at least call ford marketing and see if they wiggle the dates or create a new one. the number does not die; only the expiration date , and thats a moving target
could save you 2500 or not
