Yes, I had one in my 21. It was pretty nice. The main box actually fit quite nicely under the hood next to the battery. It was a bit of a bitch to wire the switch panel on top of the dash where I had it but it worked nicely. Much cheaper than putting in the tremor style panel.

I saw a picture of a guy who mounted the switch panel up in the foldaway eyeglass holder in the ceiling which was a cool stealthy location.

That’s my plan! I want it in the sunglasses holder! I’m just slightly worried about how to route the wire up there and messing up the headliner!

I'm sure somebody here could help with that. Honestly, routing it thru the firewall with enough wire to make it up to the dash was my biggest problem. You likely will need two lengths of their cable to make it all the way up there. Otherwise you'll be hacking into the harness.

They sell an extension, so I know I can make it up there. When I installed my dash cam I just tucked the wire in the lip of the headliner. It kind of clicks in. But from what I’ve seen you have to drop the headliner to get a decent sized wire up there.

Switch panel installed, sorry don’t have pics right now.

I have a question for yall. I currently only have one thing wired up to it. They are my bed/rock lights I have a switch in my bed, I would like to be able to use the switch in the bed and the switch panel. So I ran the power wire into the aux beam control module then y’ed off to also run it to the battery. Now only the switch in the bed works. Any ideas?

Thanks

FYI.
If that switch panel is made by Swarfworks, you will never receive it. Unless 4x4truckled's has that actual panel in stock and can put his hands on it, you'll never see it if its ordered/drop shipped from Swarfworks.
I'm still waiting on a response to that exact panel I ordered in August of 2023. Absolutely zero communication with anyone at Swarfworks. Phone calls, voicemails, emails, Instagram messages and Facebook messages have all gone unanswered.

rad designs is coming out with an overhead trim panle to mount the control unit to. it goes on the rear end of the sunglass holder. so you dont lose the sunglasses holder. i dont have a pic cause it was a story i saw a few days ago. real nice looking though.

I think I had seen him post something about that last year. Great design. I've been waiting for him to release it. I know he has quite a few irons in the fire for design's, but all his stuff does look well put together.

I routed the wire through the firewall then ran it all the way across the upper portion on the wiper shroud. It is a absolute pain to get the wire through the firewall, but it can be done. I then mounted the relay module to to top of the fuse box. Then for the controller I tried to but it inside the sunglasses holder without modifying it but it didn’t fit. So I just removed to folding part and mounted it in the crevice left behind!
