Active Grille Shutter Issue on Raptor 2018

My dealership is telling me my Upper and Lower Active Grille Shutter are "damaged" and they will not use the warranty..
I found some information about this Active Grille Shutter, and it seems the upper grid looks to have more chance of having the issue. The error code doesn't specify upper or lower.
My raptor has some power lag during acceleration and I want to see by myself if it is really damaged. I don t see any exterior damage on the grids.
Does anyone had that issue? Any advice on how identifying the problem from upper or lower grid?
