Have a 2021 Platinum powerboost and am looking to move from 275/65/20 tires on stock wheels to 295/65/20 tires w/ Fuel wheels with a +1 offset. I have a 2.5" level on the truck at the moment. When I had the front bumper off to put the tremor skid plate on I also loosened the front crash bars, pushed them to the front and tightened back up. Maybe got a quarter inch extra clearance from doing this.

Was going to do a +12 offset but found a killer deal on a used set of Fuels w/ +1 and am tempted to give it a try lol. Also have fender flares and I think the +1 would fill it out better.

Googled to no end and can't find anyone with a similar setup (or anyone who's tried the setup). I know it'll be close but any thoughts/experience on whether this will fit?

Am also looking at the Icon kit w/ I think 3.25"-4.25" lift (w/ the knuckles and UCA's), so with the powerboost weight I may be able to get 3", which might be what makes this all fit.

I know 13th vs 14th gens will be different but i was able to barely fit 285/65/20 on Fuel wheels with +18 offset and it was close on my 2018. No more room at all . You will scrape/rub/etc 100% Based on my 2022 fitments and being able to fit 35' you need a more favorable offset . Probably 30+ ore more

I have a 2.5 level, 35x12.5 on +18 wheels, I spread the crash bars with a portapower, and have about an inch clearance at full lock both front and back. With a +1 wheel you will be right there and if you don’t rub on level ground then you will on bumps, dips, angles etc.

I know you asked about an aftermarket wheel but I can tell you with certainty that the 295/65/20 is the perfect size tire with a stock wheel. Zero rubbing no issues at all with a 2” level. I’ve run 3 sets of them on my 2019 and now 2023.

yea I think I’m going to start with grabbing these tires and try and couple spacing pucks or whatever they’re called to see how much offset I can get away with. Would like to change these stock platinum wheels out at some point

that size does seem just right, 35”’s without going too wide

A 295/60/20 will look wider and has a wider tread width than its equivalent in 295/70/18. It’s not a lot but it is noticeable and makes the latter look skinnier on the truck. Just something to think about when you switch wheels if that wide tire look is what you’re after.

Just thought I'd share my set up. I have a 2023 Platinum Powerboost. I had the Bilstien 6112 leveling kit installed that gave me about 1.9" of lift on the 2.5" setting. The wheels are 20x9 with a 0 offset. Tires are 295/60R20 Falken AT4W's.
I had 4Wheel Parts push the crash bars out before even trying to install the new wheels and tires. They pushed both the front and rear crash bars out. After installing the new setup, I had to trim the airdamn right away as it rubbed pretty good. The only rub I have now is a very slight rub on the front bumper when in reverse. Its not all the time and it's not even bad enough that I felt I have to do it right away. I'll probably trim the bumper this next weekend just to get that little bit of extra clearance.

Appreciate it, looks great man! That's pretty close to the setup I'm looking for, maybe slightly bigger tires and a little less offset. Need to fill out or just take off my dang fender flares lol.

Removed the front airdamn already with the tremor skid plate, haven't thought about spreading the crash bars a little but may look into that. Wonder if spreading them just a little has any structural affect/impact to the protection they provide.
