Sounds like the delta (deviation) between the voltage of one (or more) of the cells in the HV battery is more than desired. The state is called "unbalanced"

There haven't been many reports of Powerboost High Voltage battery replacements. Nor the BECM that is housed within the battery enclosure.
If you are fortunate, you might have just experienced a short term cell voltage deviation that later was successfully brought back into balance. But if there is in fact a "weak cell" in one of the battery modules, it will likely reveal itself again eventually. Most likely in cold weather, especially before the truck has time to heat the battery coolant up.

Maybe this will help make sense of what cell balance is in a HV battery:

This is a screenshot of the individual cells making up a Nissan Leaf HV battery: (see image below)

There are 96 individual cells.
Of course the battery is much bigger than the tiny little HV battery in the Powerboost.
Powerboost = 1.5 KWH
Nissan Leaf = 40 KWH

The vertical axis is voltage.
All 96 cells are between 3.52- 3.55Volts.
The total deviation between the lowest voltage cell vs the highest is 17 millivolts.
This is exceptionally "balanced"

I don't think anyone knows what Ford's parameters are for triggering an unbalanced condition. Is it 100 millivolts? 400 millivolts?

The BECM is supposed to balance the battery pack.
Above, in the Nissan Leaf, at the instant that screenshot was taken, any cell that is red is being "shunted", or bled off, to bring those cell's voltage down and closer to the voltage of the blue cells.

I'm getting a service engine soon light with a fault in the high voltage battery that is Intermittent. Also a message for pro power onboard turned off, too many items plugged in that will go away if I restart the truck. Has anyone had a similar experience? Truck seems to run fine and has 77k miles so if it's not directly a hybrid issue this is on my dime to fix.

In the list of 2021 covered vehicles in the factory-manuals.com pdf it doesn't list the PowerBoost. Is that included and they didn't state it, or do you have to use a different option?
