2021 F150 King Ranch went haywire! All lights flashing, loud clicking from engine and interior, continuous starting sound!

47000 miles last week, my wife goers to turn on the truck and everything goes haywire! All lights flashing, loud clicking from engine and interior, continuous starting sound!
After being towed to the dealer and them having the truck for several days, technician says its a known TSB at Ford (although he has never seen one) they download software for several hours! Seems good so far, might be in my head but engine seems to start better and be running smoother.

Anyone have something like this occur?

Others have reported similar wacky behavior was caused by 12-volt batteries being defective.
