Working on shipping via open carrier now. More on that later.

Best of luck to everyone!

Anyone know what 'convoy' means on the sticker? I was told that it can either say this or 'rail', and that convoy's are delivering faster on a semi. If so, this contradicts what United is saying (my truck is on a rail) all though my dealer is saying it should be in by next week.

Your experience with 0%/72 is what I now expect from my dealer. My salesman, who is the same salesman that sold me my current 2014 truck, and my son's 2014 Explorer, knows I'm not happy that what they promised in September, and what I signed up for in September may be chucked aside when my truck actually arrives. He knows the only reason I ordered a truck in September was due the 0%/72 mth plus $1500 for ordering rather than buying one of what few they had on the lot.

Went to pick mine up and found out I qualified for another $1000 off ($5k total). Yay.

but… called my insurance co, and it’s going up $700/yr. I guess the VIN comes back as a platinum (I got an XLT sport)

anyone else run into something like this?

My stupid f*cking dealership couldn’t get ahold of any god damn incentives for me when my truck had came. I was absolutely pissed off because i was looking forward to large cash back offers or 0% financing.

My homeowners insurance is like $200/yr more than it should be because they put the siding down as Hardie Board (premium cement fiberboard) instead of hardboard (vertical mulch) like the listing said. It's actually neither of those.

convoy means, multiple transport modes will be used for complete transportation. Usually railcar first to bring into the area then trucking to dealership from railyard.

My ETA has slipped from 1/27 to 1/29 according to the Ford Tracker. :(

On a different note, the site now correctly displays the trim and picture of my truck.

First off, I feel very blessed to own this truck which I hope isn't controversial and I drove by this church this morning and thought I'd take a picture and post my first official picture with that in mind. I know it's not been an easy road to get these trucks for some if not all of us but at the end of the day we're the fortunate ones who get to own one. I'll stop preaching there but I'll say I'm thrilled with the truck at this point.
