@Boen was spot on. It was the plug for the key fob antenna. I’m an idiot and forgot i unplugged it and then got excited when I saw it thinking I could steal power from there. thanks for the pic though. That diagram is super helpful.

Good idea I will try that. Id still like to know what the connector is so if it does have power I can get an adapter for it so I don’t have to touch the factory wiring.

Ok thank you. I guess I was expecting maybe a few more updates. And I don't remember seeing any for the BCM (tire pressure sensors because of aftermarket tires) and PCM (active air damn module). I just wanted to make sure I was getting all of them done that I could before my license...

Does anyone know if FDRS will provide/download updates for modules that have active DTC's? For example, I believe it's the PCM that has an active DTC because I removed my active air damn module. So I'm not sure if FDRS will skip updates for the PCM because of the DTC?

Well that may have fixed it. I logged in and it asked me to update some account details and accept an EULA. Went back to FDRS and got logged in. Thanks!
