I'm likely right behind you. Ford has had my truck for over a month on a third attempt to fix water intrusion, they have no idea what to do with it.
@Snakebitten said it exceptionally well, the truck (and brand) have sucked the joy out of it for me. After having 5 F150s in a row, time for a...
Dearborn 23 - so far the 2 month old truck has been in the shop for half of that. One simple item, the taillight. The rest of the time for water intrusion they can't figure out. I honestly think the dealership has just given up at this point. I have an open case with Ford, we will see if...
I had the same issue and tried everything suggested. I found a random post on a lighting forum where a guy said to pull fuse #32 which is found in the passenger footwell. It took 5 minutes to do and it immediately fixed my Ford Pass and connected feature issues. It's been working ever since.
I had standing water in my passenger footwell. The dealer found the factory urethane sealant had a gap in it. They reset the windshield with new urethane and so far so good. Time will tell, though. I had a 2019 that kept getting water in it and Ford eventually bought that one back, hoping...
New truck has water in the passenger side floor. I dried it out and then went to dinner, running the AC, and the water is back. Safe to say it is a condenser drain? I know my old 2019 had a TSB for this where the installed a 90 but I haven't heard of any issues like this in the 2023s...
I had the same issue after 4.2.1. I tried everything I read to no avail but then saw a thread over on a lighting forum that said pull fuse #32 in the passenger kickwell fuse box. I pulled mine and left it out for a few minutes, put it back in, and like magic it all came back to life. I've...
Brand new truck, less than 800 miles on it. I pulled the rear seat down to unplug and hopefully reset my TCU and found rusted seat assemblies. This can’t be normal or ok. Anyone else notice it?
I'm in the same boat with my MY23 - failed to communicate that 4.2.1 was successful and dropped all connected services. Tried to delete the truck and the re-add it to FP and it's sitting at waiting for activiation. It was at the dealer all week and they basically said good freaking luck, maybe...
Thanks - that tracks with what Ford said. Have you ever seen an update say it was successful in the app but not be? That is what I'm dealing with, very odd.
Sync & Ford Pass are borked for me - dealership says no updates and said good luck and sent me on my way. Ford tech hotline says yes, there is an update. Can you check? Also, website says I can't get updates if Ford Pass is activated but tech hotline seemed to think I could. Any idea...
The 4.2.1 update put my two week old Powerboost into deep sleep mode. I came out of a concert to find both an update successful message as well as a message about my truck being in deep sleep. Good times. Taking it in later this week. @TeamCanada just to make sure I'm reading that right it...
My 22 Platinum's chairs that had massage and lay flat were no where near as comfortable as my 23's with none of those features. I have no idea why, but they are in a different league.
Well add another one that caved - I'm sure I'll be back with a lot of questions once it comes in 😄
Now to go find the thread about ambient lighting and order those parts too.
Looks like quite a few '22s on here - anyone know of a shop or a local member that does adds the interior lights and the AC digital temp display knobs that were removed from our trucks?
Just installed mine. Easy install and performs just as everyone else said it did. Might switch it for a gen 3 if that product comes out, but for now I'm enjoying the silent operation....and my neighbors enjoys not hearing the bong every morning at 6 AM.
Mine's been sitting at the Pearland rail yard for going on two weeks. Ford chat is estimating delivery to the dealer 4/7. The truck completed the build process on 2/25 if that gives you some idea.
