I just got a letter in the mail about this. Customer Satisfaction Program 21B37

Sounds like if the oil is low and remaining oil life is below 20% the truck will not start. I thought I saw another thread earlier where someone needed to be towed to the dealer as once this occurs there is no way to recover and start the truck.

A software update will be forthcoming later in the year, but you can bring in prior for the PCM to be fixed earlier. The letter hinted to not allow your oil life remaining to drop below 20% in the interim. Sound advice to keep your truck from turning into a brick.

The good news is my truck doesn't seem to have lost a drop of oil in 4500 miles. Only complaint I have is the voice activation software stopping the radio for now reason at least once a day.
