Stop sale for recall on BlueCruise software

My truck arrived at the dealer this morning. After a full day of getting everything settled over the phone for the deal so I could pick it up tomorrow, they called late this afternoon and said it could not be sold due to a stop sell recall on the blue cruise software.

The dealer is going to start the update tomorrow but told me they were doubtful it would work and if it did it could take days.

I qualified for a couple of incentives that expire Monday.

Has anyone experienced this?

I don’t understand the stop sell for just BC. Drive shaft issue, ok. But not BC.

I think it's a BS issue should be able to get OTA updates with BC

Any '22 model will already have BlueCruise active, and there are minimal updates for those trucks compared to '21 models. I'd be asking for more info about what exactly the issue is.

That is what I am thinking as well. I need to get better info tomorrow for sure.
