Solving the secret treasures of the dark cavern -- lighting the center console

Has anyone come up with a good idea/solution on how to get some light in the center console ? Trying to locate something in there at night is next to impossible even with a full console organizer.

You could install a light for a cooler? It would be super bright and is a tilt switch. Obviously runs on batteries. I have this light in both my Yeti coolers. This is super bright.

i did install a usb LED with a glued black piece of plastic on the top as a "hat" to keep it from shining in my eyes.. and it works okay.
