Pro Power Onboard Breaker Tripped Message

I have a King Ranch Powerboost with the 7.2 kw Pro Power and this message comes on every time I start the truck. I’ve tried resetting the breaker but it doesn’t make a difference. The salesman says that they are aware of this issue but that there is no cure for it.
Anyone else have this issue?

I don't have an answer other than make sure the breakers in the truck are reset also. There is one behind a cover on the dash, which I didn't know at first. I know it says left breaker, but not sure if they maybe share a common line.

As for the dealer saying it's known, that's a first for me. I have the 7.2KW and I haven't seen that message.

Hello everyone, I have a 2021 XLT and above my AC 120v socket is 12v cigarette lighter. I'm having the same issues like most. My single plug in the bed and both inside of the cab are blinking. Only the one in the bed that have a reset which made no difference. Taking it to the dealership in two days appointment. Light stay blinking when vehicle is on

Have had my 21 PB since 11/1/2021. Groundfault has been unsolvable for over a year . Software in April 2022 was supposed to help . Nope. I have automatic updates and says up to date yet every time its wet the Groundfault trips and no power to outlets in generator systems. Has to wait to dry . Even trips if road wet and presumably the roadsplash from tire may wet whatever is tripping it . I shoukd have gotten the Ram w independent plus air suspension and just gotten a portable generator of a size suited to my workload .

Well, learned much over past year plus 3 months about groundfault w the powerboost. Thanks to all on this forum. I have consolidated the good observations and brought to my dealer another time for going on 5 days now . They agree w me that moisture enters the connections in the bed and lines behind the left rear wheel . They plan to replace those things and said parts hard to find for this. I am that this will prevent the groundfault errors i have had since nov 2021 whenever there is moisture .
