Before I order, need a few questions answered. Their tech support # just rings with no answer, and messages left on their other # don't get returned. Also can't find an email address on their website.

great guy. He’s usually really busy I noticed but if you catch him at a good time he’s a ton of help.
I believe his name was joe or John. He’s the owner.

I found his number online so I don’t think I’ll be posting anything private here.
Check their website. They’re East Coast so verify they’re open when you call from where you are.

I have a plug and play harness Id like to add a sub to, sent two FB messages, he read, never responds. Even made clear I'd buy an entire new harness if that was the best solution.

To follow up, Joe @ Plug & Play did finally respond to my email. So I guess my advice to anyone trying to reach him is don't bother with calls, texts, or voicemails; go the email route.
