New PCM Reprogram

Curious if anyone has taken their 3.5 in for the latest reprogram for the cold start rattle. I took mine to the dealership this morning. Any input would be appreciated.

Spoke to dealer today. They confirmed the cam phaser rattle. Going to replace all cam phasers. Will update when I pick my truck up.

Make sure to note that this isn't for the 2021 f-150 (I assume you are talking about your 2018?) since this is a forum dedicated to 2021+.

We only have 1500 miles on our 2021, no issues so far.

Our 3.5 2019 with 48K went to the dealer for the reprogram last Thursday but ended up getting the replacement. Should be ready tomorrow afternoon.
