Mongoose and fords apps

So I bought the mongoose and bought the 72hr subscription to do some updates. Worked great. Now it sits.
Going foward is there any reason to keep it?
Those of you that have a yearly subscription have you or are you using it for maintenance and diagnostics on other ford's? I own 4 f150 trucks and recently had to replace full timing system. I have a few different entry level tablet bi directional scanners. How valuable is keeping the mongoose?

Mongoose can do programming functions that others lack or mess up somehow. Outside of that it's just an expensive cable that can also do the same functions as many others.

I'll keep it to use with Forscan because I don't trust my Bluetooth adapter to write to truck. Who knows it might work on the next Ford I buy in 10 years too.
