Hello everyone. Long time lurker first time poster here. I’ve got a 21 super crew 6.5 bed XL 4x4 and I’m about to upgrade my tires. I have the XL chrome package so I have the 17” aluminum wheels. I want to run BFG Atko2 in the 35x12.50 on my stock wheels. I’ve searched through the threads and all I see is 18-20” wheels. Anyone running this size tire on the factory 17 wheels? Can I get away with a 2” level or will I have to go bigger? Thanks everyone.

I dont have my truck yet, but base off our trucks stock wheel offset, you should be fine going to 35's w.17's. Where it might get tricky is the width of the wheel hitting the control arm. Again though it looks like it will clear, there is a memeber here who put large tires on their stock 17's and they lave ample space.

Crash bars might be an issue but hard to say without measuring and seeing it in person.
