Check your right rear (small) folding seat. When I purchased it, I guess they were test-driving it and showing it off the seat wasn't fully latched in the verticle position. It was half latched if that makes sense. So every time I hit a bump, it would rattle a little. I had to slam it to latch it fully. There was alt of grease from the plant maybe too much because it was causing it to not sit fully in the locked position. Very strange that it didn't just fall. Hope this helps someone out there.
