Forscan Newb. Where do I buy?

I've never owned a Ford, or else I probably would own Forscan by now. Where do you guys buy the cable and where is the correct place to download the software?

I realize I can google it, but I'd prefer to use a vendor or a well know seller.

Forscan.org is the official website for it. On the products page the are links to the main recommended adapters. I suggest the obd ex for it. I have had one since they released and it works good for forscan stuff as it was developed for forscan. I also have a vcx nano for a backup and fdrs use.

Thanks. I've added the OBD-EX to my amazon cart. I can't afford to buy anything else for the truck I dont have yet. I'm already a good $5k in the hole, and I'm pretty sure Ford forgot about me. Ordered in October.

I'll have to read the guide when I get home, its blocked on the work laptop. Thanks again.
