Chrome delete?

Has anyone swapped all the chrome from their XLT to either all black or paint matched??

thinking of switching the grille, handles, running boards and bumpers all to black on my Antimatter blue.

Why don't you just get the sport package... Going to go out on a limb and venture that most people would do that rather than go to the time, effort and expense to swap all that out.

it would be cheaper and less effort to order a 2023 XLT with the Sport Package and then find a 2021+ XL Sport or STX front middle seat (to match your XLT sport seats) and swap out the console. There's articles on how to do this "the other way" (bench to console), i'm sure you can reverse engineer that.

Or you can just order an STX... but will lose some options.

I don't know why Ford doesn't offer the XLT in the Sport package without the console... another one of those arbitrary things I guess.

Added some before and after on my page of the chrome delete on my lariat. If you can do it yourself you’re probably 300 or so in material. Not sure what a shop would quote in your area.
