We have had the truck for almost 2 weeks now and still see the "Activation Pending" when I log into the connected services on the Ford site. We are trying to get the traffic and weather option activated on the navigation. We have the 3yr free service.
On the Pass app everything seems to work, I can lock, unlock, remote start. Lots of confusion at the dealership. We have tried removing the truck from the Ford site. Removing the pass app on the phone. Forgetting the blue tooth connection. Connecting to home wifi. When we reconnect, we walk through and approve all the prompts on the screen.
Has anyone else run into the same issue?
