You may want to try this…. Worth a shot!
From the iPhone, forget the device (truck) from the Bluetooth setting.
Complete a Master Reset on the Sync system from the settings section.
Re-pair the iPhone.
Took my truck in again for the same problem and they said the APIM has failed again. They had it for 10 days just to give it back with nothing fixed. The APIM is on backorder and no info on when I will have my continued problems resolved.
