While it’s possible Ford is mishandling this based on the ham-fisted overall software release process, I also wonder if there are problems with Blue Cruise that they are trying to avoid. Recall how it was an on again off again dealer update.
Somewhat similar. I went from 2.7.3 to 3.5.3 this afternoon. I’m somewhat confused as I thought these were sequential.

Edit: Just checked and, while I now have full screen car play, I’m missing Blue Cruise and at motion cameras. Guess they are not in sequence.
I guess I can add my anecdotal experience: I park in the garage in Wi-Fi range, set parking brake make sure my headlights are off. If I’ve not driven much on goes the charger. Then I say my prayers and go to bed.

I must be doing something wrong. I was checking my settings and noticed the software update and notification toggles were off. And they won’t set to the ”on” position.

I picked up the truck this morning. There was a voltage leak that the tech chased Friday, Saturday and yesterday which was resolved with a battery replacement.
I am aware. Seems we have a different definition of “assistance.” Based on my experience and what I’ve gleaned through the process, the Roadside Assistance Program needs a little work. I realize it is outsourced but ultimately Ford is responsible for the program.
