I have a 21 5.0. I really liked the pedal feel with this installed, it just became redundant with the tune I installed. I have no idea if it works with the power boost option, but Banks tech support should be able to help with that. They are pretty responsive when I've emailed them before...
I didn't get any measurements of the before. It still has a little rake to it, so it's not level. There is one more groove to move on the clip to add a little more height to level it out, but I like the rake it has. The look the truck has now is how it should come from the factory.
Rear diff cover and fluid change today. Can anyone explain to me like I'm 5 why Ford decided to dip and pour blue loctite on the diff cover bolts before they installed them? Removing the residual loctite was harder than getting the RTV off.
This is the before and after pictures of my 21 CCLB 5.0. This is the Ford Performance Leveling Kit with factory take off 22 Raptor wheels and tires. The kit was installed as delivered so it still has a mild rake to the front, but I do not have any measurements. Want to send a shout out to Frank...
It’s 2 runs. Unfortunately no before and after. The red line was a 5th gear pull that ended short due to the top speed limiter. Blue line is 4th gear. I had the parts and was too impatient to wait to install. Both runs were in sport mode. Did a 3rd run in eco mode and it made the same numbers
Put my 21 5.0 XL on the dyno Saturday night. Only mods are a MBRP 3 inch cat-back and PMAS intake. 371 horse power and 419 pounds of torque. Think it did ok.
Puddle lights are working correctly. Looking at people on the internet who have older trucks and added the same style mirrors, there are a set of switches, a module, and a different bezel for the drivers side vent that has a place to install the switches to. These are the pieces I am looking for.
Thanks to others in this forum, I was able to locate and install tow mirrors on my XL. Due to it being a very basic truck, I am of course missing the switches needed to turn the spotlights on. I was hoping someone on here has the part numbers, or the ability to find them, of the items needed to...
