The reservation numbers include ALL Ford reservations for Broncos, Mach-E's, Transits, and Lightnings, etc. So its not a direct mapping to your place in the Lightning line. But for worst case planning you can use that to set your expectations.

Yes confirmed from the Ford team on the Lightning road show resistive cabin heater. Dual zone climate controls were present on the ride along in the Pro trim. Don't know if that is standard or an upgrade.
