I use 87 Octane, I'm sure 91 would be better lol but gas prices in so cal is pretty high. Mine has been idling aroun 700, but still idling around 500-600 sometimes. Hopefully its just minor hiccups.

No check engine light has come on for me yet, and it hasn't happened since, so I'm hoping I'm good, still has the rough idle here and there though.

Yeah something definitely happened. The only thing I can think of that might've messed with it, is that I had some subs and amp installed, and I'm sure they messed with the battery to get everything hooked up which might've screwed with something? Edit: Good thing is that seat warmers heat up...

My lights were on for the seat climate when I just did the remote start and when the heated seats worked with the remote start

Weird, I don't think my truck updated. Or at least I never saw anything stating it did. I didn't have auto updates on till about a few days ago because I am trying to get that update to get full screen carplay.
