They do stick out just a little, I believe the offset is a plus 20 or something like that. I also have a 305/45r22 tire on there. The 305 is definitely fatter that the 285 would be

I think they come standard with a +25, the 24s at least.
I just ordered a set of 24s and went with a 305 series. I'm picky with poke on the back especially
