Just saw this today. Hope it went well!
Yes, I arrived around 2:30pm and they finished around 5pm. It was too dark to get pictures of the completed work, but here are pics of their waiting room and peek inside their shop. This was at Firehouse Auto Spa in Arlington (Jacksonville). From the outside, the place is unassuming and in a very industrial/commercial area. Inside, it was clean and fresh. They had all kinds of snacks and drinks and a bunch of TVs with assorted content. They were some of the most friendly people I've experienced in all my years dealing with vehicle services, both the front desk staff and the installers. The installer who reviewed the truck with me before starting to understand what I was wanting, walked the property with me and showed me a half dozen vehicles with different darkness levels to get a good idea of what to compare to. They had trucks, SUVs, exotics, and Teslas on the property. The installer was very OCD too, which sings sweet music to my soul. The price was $600 out the door. This was for XPEL PRIME XR Black (not Plus) on all six windows. We went with 70% on the windshield, rear doors, and back glass. Then we did 20% on the two front doors. They said if I had wanted Plus, it would have been an additional $400. I'll post some beauty shots later today, but here's some teaser pics.

For reference, it was 85 degrees here today in North Florida, also known as Hot Hell. The sun stayed mostly at a 45 degree angle and was never really directly overhead. So the sun was beating down through one side of the truck no matter which direction we were going. While we could feel some warmth coming through the glass, it was nothing compared to opening the door and feeling it directly melting our skin. The reason I mention it is that it makes it look like the tint isn't as dark as it really is to the eye and it will probably look darker when the sun is higher in the sky during the rest of the year. I did try to get some pics in the shade too.

To divert the subject for a sec; would those red tow hooks happen to be these?

I’ve been looking into getting a pair myself. Do they just pop on?

I am doing XPEL ceramic soon but not the +. Will have before and after pictures later. Full windshield at 70. All other windows at 35. I am considering an eyebrow to the AS1 line at 5; the dark line is not distracting and the police tend to think that's all you have done, although they dark tint both their cruisers and POVs illegal. Local Wichita cost (2 XPEL dealers): $800 at one (East side) and $600 at the other (South side) + tax. East side of the city is wealthy so dealer charges more. XPEL + is $1300 East side and South side has zero market for it.

So I just landed on this old post, but I'm also in Wichita and was wondering what/who you ended up going with?

Wichita ICT Pros. Pricing was better. XPEL ceramic 5% eyebrow (had them trim to be right at the legal line straight across), 70% full windshield, rear sliding window, rear door windows, 35% front door windows. They had to redo the windshield due to a small noticeable wrinkle, which meant the eyebrow also since it was on top but no charge for removal or replace. Like it a lot. Recommend them 100%.

So I've gotten a quote from them, but he said they use Johnson InsulatIR. Wichita clear bra (the east side I'm assuming you're referencing) uses Xpel xr or xr+.
Did you provide your own tint?

If I was going back and forth between 70% and 50% for the windshield which would y’all recommend? Do any of y’all have experience with both? Thanks

Wichita ICT used XPEL xr on my truck, so they must have changed film since last year @ $600 plus tax. Wichita Clear Bra was $200 higher, for same film.

I went with Xpel XR at 70% with a 5% eyebrow over it after laying the film side by side at the installer shop. 70% allows the police to still see you, looks factory, and is not as dark at night. Glare is much reduced from headlights. Truck seems cooler.
