Do you have any instructions on what this includes? Is it a matter of loading the previous as built and then doing a write all? Or do I need to get FDRS or the Forscan 2.4 beta to do the PMI process?
I would have kept the factory and make changes that's needed. Check line 127 here

Ha, well that was easy, thanks! Not sure why I didn't think to check for any lock options, I guess I wrongly assumed the old values would be in there still. Now to find a parking lot to do the camera re-calibration, I had an alert come up on the dash that the BLIS/Cross traffic system was malfunctioning.

I finally got the drivers mirror to work, I needed to reprogram again. Now, only thing thats odd, the passenger clicks when it starts to move. The drivers is smooth. But atleast they both work now LOL
How did you reprogram it? Forscan? I installed my mirrors, added the wire harness, and changed the Forscan settings and I can't get either mirror to work.

I swapped to Lariat mirrors on my XLT 302a and the power fold option works great. However, the drivers mirror doesn't auto dim. Anyone else get this to work?

It just worked on mine after the part swap and forscan. I didn't even realize auto dimming was a feature until driving at night. I switched from the manual/BLIS/360 tow mirrors to the power/BLIS/360 tow mirrors (along with the updated door modules).

The door modules are the same -- don't replace those ;)

The electrochromic mirrors are a different pair of wires from the modules to the mirrors, if the mirrors support the feature.

Do you have any idea what pins they are?

is there a way to add the power-fold option to the sync screen? i saw in a video somewhere that a guy went into settings->truck, and toggled the mirrors to auto fold in when the truck turns off. i dont see that option on my xlt with the changes ive made to date to make the mirrors work. i already have everything installed and working and such....just want them to collapse automatically when i turn off the truck (and not have to press button).

Pretty sure you can but I can't tell you the exact module to go to in FORScan to look. Try the DDM or PDM modules and see if you can enable autofold mirrors. Might have to look at both. These are the modules I had to enable telescopic features on my tow mirrors.

I’m beginning to research the power folding side mirror mod to my XLT 302a, but my truck has the 360 camera and blind spot monitoring in the side mirrors.

I'm wondering, is it possible to buy the frame of a side mirror with the power fold option then retrofit it to a side mirror with manual fold?

2023 Ford F150 Lariat powerboost
I'm new to this thread and have a couple questions. I'm adding tow mirrors with power fold/ power telescope to a 2023 Lariat powerboost. Stock mirrors do have power fold. The tow mirrors have cameras and this truck came WITHOUT the 360 cameras. So do I need to change the DDM and PDM? My wiring harness does not have the connection for the power telescope. Are harneses ML3Z-14631-H and ML3Z-14630-H the correct ones for this truck? Do these harneses include the coax for the cameras?

I’m stumped, hoping for some quick help as I have the door pulled apart.

Bought Lariat mirrors for my XLT 302A. I assume all of these have power fold but I could be wrong? They are painted so I think that makes them minimum Lariat.

Purchased the power fold module and the boosted grey goose harness.

Here is the issue.

Harness did not include any instructions but it is labeled. First image, connect harness to door module pins 22 and 11;

here is the connector to the door module. There is no pin 22, pin 11 is occupied.

Further, note that the new door module and the old door module have the exact same pin configuration;

Am I missing something? The harness is just two additional pins per mirror? Is the harness mislabeled? Is my new door module wonky? The mirror adjust does work when plugged in. Something doesn’t add up. Does anybody have the included instructions? Boosted grey goose is very difficult to get a hold of right now.

Thank you. Something is still off though.

Got it.

Once I saw the instructions I realized the “door module” and the “door switches” are not the same thing. This is evident once you see the instructions.
