Hey all. Just picked up a used 2021 Platinum and discovered it has some damage to the right side mirror. How I didn't catch this while I looked over the truck for an hour is beyond me lol. I have contacted the dealer and they agreed to sell me parts at cost, but they are still so high even at that. Im looking for parts #8, the chrome mirror cover, and #4 the black plastic frame. There is also something goofy going on with the puddle lamp, like its missing a plastic housing to hold it in the plate? Ive attached pics of how it looked when I discovered it, yes it was siliconed in lol. The pic of the lamp sitting on the paper towel is how it was when siliconed onto the plate on the bottom of the mirror. Hoping someone has switched to black covers and has a chrome one lying around. Guessing the black frame piece could come from any F150 mirror? Little concerned as every Ford parts list I find online doesn't have a part number assigned to that part yet. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide. Plan to be a long time member here as I perform many future mods on my new truck!
